The festival of light was celebrated with great joy and enthusiasm among the students in our school on 23rd of October 2019. The students were dressed in colourful, traditional dress. A pot-luck party was arranged class wise where students brought variety of snacks and shared with each other.
Different competitions were organised for students which were :
Std IX – Card making
Std. X and XII – Diya making
Std XI Toran making
A charity program was also arranged where students contributed generously books, stationary and grocery items which were then donated to an orphanage.
At the end, students made Rangoli outside their classes and students of Std. XII brusted crackers under supervision of teachers.
